Adam became a Solicitor in September 2008 having already gained five year’s experience in residential conveyancing after graduating in Law at Southampton University in 2003
He joined the firm in 2009 and was its Managing Director from 2013 to 2019 when it merged with Verisona Law and was subsequently acquired as part of the Metamorph Group.
Adam is now the Head of our Commercial Property Team.
He has acted for thousands of clients in residential sales and purchases, as well as commercial property and business sale/purchase transactions in Hampshire and further afield.
He has a strong Commercial Property background and his business knowledge acquired whilst running the firm gives him a keen understanding of his business client’s needs and demands.
Adam acts for trustees, Charities, individuals and companies, residential and commercial landlords and management companies in such matters as the sale and purchase of commercial property including retail shops, licensed premises, warehouses and offices, land for development, SIPP sales and purchases and commercial refinancing.
Adam can also deal with leasehold matters such as right of first refusal in selling freeholds, enfranchisement and lease extensions. He is able to set up companies and tailor articles of association for instance in acquiring freehold reversions to blocks of flats.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys composing music through digital sampling, playing guitar and keyboards and spending time with his friends and family. He is an active trustee of Gosport Voluntary Action.
Adam is assisted by Lynne Pawley who has successfully completed her legal studies with the National Association of Licensed Paralegals to become a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.

Amanda started her journey in law whilst working in the accounts team at Highbury College, where she would study evenings, she was soon offered a paralegal position in 1998 at a local law firm. She continued to train until she become a qualified CILEx Lawyer and in 2004, became a Fellow of the Institute.
Amanda then moved to a Fareham based law firm specialising in Family, where she worked her way up to be a partner and owner. Looking to spend more time with clients and refocus on supporting families, Amanda has now joined the Donnelly & Elliot team as Head of Family Law.
Amanda has vast experience in all aspects of Family law including; dealing with the technical aspects of divorce, finances, private children matters, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation cases. She can also support those who are going through divorce that have complex and valuable assets, such as large pensions and high profile cases. Amanda has previously acted for a family member of a rock star. Amanda is a member of Resolution and an Accredited member of Resolution specialising in Advanced Financial Cases and Children Cases.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys painting and photography.
Anmol joined Donnelly & Elliott as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2018 and brings with her a strong academic background as well as first-hand experience of property auction purchases, Landlord and Tenant matters and commerce having worked in her family’s property business and retail shop.
Prior to being offered a training contract, Anmol worked for the firm whilst studying her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford. Since starting her training contract, Anmol has assisted with various matters in the Commercial Property Department including getting to grips with the new licensing rules for Houses in Multiple Occupation, a complicated dispute over a right of way, assisting in the sale of a multi-million pound property company and assisting director Adam Corcoran in preparing detailed paperwork for the new commercial units at the Daedalus site in Lee-on-the-Solent. She has also been able to run her own residential conveyancing files.
She currently works in Commercial Property department.
In her spare time Anmol enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.
Anmol qualified as a Solicitor in 2020.
Emma worked as a legal secretary before qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2013. Having working in Wills, Trusts & Probate for over 12 years, Emma is well equipped to offer comprehensive legal advice on Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates, Declarations of Trust (covering the co-ownership of property), and affairs of the elderly, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for Deputy Appointments.
Emma joined Donnelly & Elliott’s Wills, Trust and Probate team in October 2020, and works alongside Roz Wyeth to support our local community.
In her spare time, Emma likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, reading, walking and going to the theatre.
Bonnie joined Donnelly & Elliott Conveyancing team as Conveyancing Assistant in February 2020. After qualifying from Portsmouth University in 2018 with a Law and business degree, Bonnie has worked in conveyancing since June 2019 and specialises in the sale and purchase of residential properties.
Gill is an experienced Secretary who has been part of the team since 1998, making her the longest standing employee here at Donnelly and Elliott.
Gill works in the family department at our Gosport and Waterlooville offices. Gill has also previously worked in the litigation department and was co-founder John Donnelly’s personal assistant.
Kerry joined the team in August 2020 as a Commercial Property Solicitor. Kerry prides herself on her attention to detail and great communication skills that she gained during her training contract at another local law firm. Kerry has experience in assisting and managing both residential and commercial property transactions.
In her spare time Kerry can be found volunteering at The Stubbington Ark and Blind Veterans UK charities. She also enjoys travelling, running, hiking, yoga and reading and is a qualified scuba diver.
Louise runs reception and has worked for the Donnelly & Elliott since 2001. Over the years Louise has become the face of Donnelly & Elliott. Both long-standing and new clients rely on Louise’s knowledge of the firm and the local area.
As well as office administrator duties, Louise organises the firm’s charity work. This includes working with Social Services to collect food bank items and Mission Christmas to collect presents for young children.
Louise enjoys baking for friends and family and gardening. She has previously won three awards for her work in her own garden and the office’s flower baskets.
Andrew joined the Donnelly & Elliott Conveyancing team as Conveyancing Manager in November 2020. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2003 and specialises in residential property. Andrew supports clients with the sale and purchase of property, remortgaging and lease extensions.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys watching and playing sport and walking his dogs in the countryside.
Lynne has worked at Donnelly and Elliott for nine years and is Adam Corcoran’s Personal Assistant. Lynne’s continued success in the conveyancing department is due to her outstanding attention to detail and admirable work ethic.
She is also qualified as a level six Paralegal, which was completed during her time at Donnelly and Elliott.
In her spare time Lynne enjoys listening to and attending classical music concerts.
Jo joined the Donnelly & Elliott Conveyancing team in November 2020. Jo has been working in residential conveyancing for over 35 years.
After taking time to raise her four children, Roz Wyeth returned to work in 2002 by becoming a legal secretary. Displaying an aptitude for managing cases, she was encouraged and sponsored to study a degree with the Institute of Legal Executives.
‘It wasn’t something I had considered before, but I was enjoying the work, so it made sense,’ she explains. ‘I like working with numbers, so I found the figure work involved in estate administration and probate very satisfying and I also love working with the elderly.’
In 2013, Roz moved firms to not only deal with cases of wills, trust administration, probate and lasting powers of attorney, but take responsibility for establishing and developing an office in Gosport. After two years, she made the decision to live in Gosport and devote all her time to serving its local community.
Roz joined Donnelly & Elliott in July 2019, and is delighted to be heading up its Wills Trust and Probate department. When not spending time with her four children and six grandchildren, Roz can be found at football matches cheering on Arsenal Football Club, a devotion she has inherited from her father.
Sarah works in the Wills Trust and Probate department and is secretary to Roz Wyeth.
She joined the team at Donnelly and Elliott in June 2019. Along with great communication skills, Sarah prides herself in her ability to complete large workloads in a short amount of time. Her success in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team is because of her understanding nature with clients. Sarah also demonstrates great team working skills which is evident throughout the whole department.
Sarah has a keen interest in motorcycles and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Tracey joined the team in November 2020 as a secretary. She started her career as an office junior and then carried out all in house training to become a legal secretary. Tracey has been working in the legal sector for 19 years predominantly in the Conveyancing department and has recently moved to the Wills, Trust and Probate team.
Outside of work Tracey enjoys walking, spending time with her grandchildren and seeing new sights on holiday.
Sue is Head of Employment Law. Praised for her combination of common sense and expert knowledge, she offers advice to commercial clients on all employment matters and has also handled complex cases for individual employees.
From defending claims for damages and allegations of breached restrictive covenants or franchise agreements, to helping a multi-national organisation achieve the favourable resolution of a claim from its former CEO, Sue has successfully represented clients in the civil courts and at employment tribunal.
Sue enjoys sharing her legal and HR knowledge with organisations in the fast-moving world of sport, particularly football. Sue understands the issues that are specific to the industry and deals with the many legal elements involved in employment contracts for non-playing staff at a very senior level. She regularly gives advice and support to individuals in contractual negotiations and disputes with Clubs in the Premiership, Championship and lower divisions. She also provides employment and HR advice to Clubs.
Sue is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, and is a specialist trained ADR workplace mediator.
Sue is recommended in the Legal 500 2019.
Jane works as a Team Assistant to both the Corporate & Commercial and Employment teams. Jane provides day to day support transcribing documents and being the first point of contact for clients.
Jane started work as an Office Junior in Dyer Burdett, which later became Verisona Law and joined forces with Donnelly & Elliott.
In her spare time Jane enjoys socialising with friends and family and spending time with her French Bulldog, Ernie.
Lucy joined the team at Donnelly & Elliott Conveyancing in February as Legal Assistant. Lucy joined us from the Police and now supports the residential conveyancing team.
In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit at her local CrossFit gym.
